If you are a member of the congregation and would like a copy of the directory, please email your request to uuccoffice@gmail.com.
If you are not a member but would like to be included in the member directory, please fill out the following request form and hit submit.
* This form must be completed yearly to maintain your status as a contributing non-member in the UU Catskills Member Directory. Requests must be submitted by December 15th for inclusion in the next year directory. Thank you for your cooperation and interest in the UU Catskills.
