Jin Shin Jyutsu® - Hands-on Self-Help for Health

Hands-on Self-Help for Health

Learn how to be your best–mentally, emotionally, and physically–with Jin Shin Jyutsu®. Jin Shin Jyutsu® is the ancient art of balancing the body’s energy system through light touch to facilitate healing and restore the body to a more harmonious state of being.

Modern day external and internal stressors disrupt and dis-harmonize our energy flow. Using our own hands as “jumper cables,” we can restore the energy flow and bring balance to mind, body, and spirit. The most commonly reported effects are a feeling of deep relaxation of both the body and mind, improvements in pain, stress, and sleep.

We will practice during the class and get handouts to help us remember what we learn and more. Remember, your health is in your hands. The class will be taught by Jed Schwartz, an international instructor for the Mary Burmeister Jin Shin Jyutsu® Institute since 1995. Jed has a full-time Jin Shin Jyutsu® practice in Woodstock and NYC.
