It is vitally important for all members to attend the Annual Meeting so that you can cast your votes to elect UU Catskills leaders and adopt the budget for the coming fiscal year. This can only be accomplished if we have a quorum on June 6th.

If you cannot attend, you may request an absentee ballot by contacting Tom Hackett at Secretary@uucatskills.org. Absentee ballots must be postmarked by June 1st. Note that absentee ballots do not count toward quorum count, and should only be used if absolutely necessary.

Non-members are welcome to attend but cannot vote.

Members can access Part 1 of the Annual Meeting Packet via a link in the May newsletter. Part 2 of the Meeting Packet will be sent to members on Saturday, May 15 (along with an alternate access to Part 1).
